Can I cancel my order after making a purchase on the website?

Yes, you can.
You have 14 days after purchase to request a refund.

•If your order has not been shipped yet, a 10% cancellation/restocking fee will apply if canceled after 24 hours.

•If your order has already been shipped or received, a 30% restocking fee will apply if returned within 14 days of receipt.

•If your product arrives faulty, no restocking fee will be charged.

Defective on Arrival (DOA) Policy

We ensure that every Jet Max Tubo unit goes through strict quality control before leaving our warehouse.

However, if your product arrives Defective on Arrival (DOA), you must report it within 24 hours to receive a replacement under these conditions:

• The product must be returned in the same condition as received (not modified, disassembled, or tampered with in any way).

• If the damage was caused by the shipping carrier, we can send you a replacement unit free of charge, but you will need to provide proof when contacting us.

• You are responsible for returning the defective product, but we will reimburse your shipping cost once we receive and verify the issue.

The replacement unit will be shipped as soon as we receive the defective product and confirm the issue.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We offer either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

Where do you ship from?

Our products are carefully packaged by our logistics team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

We primarily ship from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia, and Western Europe. If your item is out of stock in the nearest warehouse, it will be shipped directly from our production line with the same delivery times as indicated on our shipping page.
